While we would be very sorry if you wish to return your PakketPanda, we will make every effort to make your return process as optimal as possible.

1. Return notification
Send an email to support@pakketpanda.nl. You can also respond to your order confirmation. Please indicate that you would like to return and also why, we would like to learn from this.
Package the PakketPanda as you received it. In original packaging and protection for during transport.

Take the package to a parcel service of your choice such as DHL, PostNL or DPD. You take care of a label yourself. PakketPanda can provide a label for €14.75. Share the track & trace via email so we can keep an eye on it.
4. Money back in your account
Within 5 business days, we will deposit the purchase price (minus any Klarna transaction fees) back into your account.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Make sure the product is undamaged and in its original packaging. Report your return via support@pakketpanda.nl
This, of course, is not the intention! Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage at support@pakketpanda.nl.

Option 3: Would you rather abandon the purchase? Of course you can, but in that case the return costs are at your own expense.
If you have received a damaged product and you do not agree to our free exchange service (option 1) or compensation (option 2), this qualifies as a rework/return as a result of which regular return conditions apply (option 3).

If you have ordered one of our parcel letterboxes, but upon receipt you still want a larger model, you can return it and receive a larger size. You will then only pay the price difference. 😊📦
