Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via DPD or PostNL. When ordered before 20:59 = same day shipping. Unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping Locations
PakketPanda currently ships throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Italy. We hope to add more countries in the future.
Delivery Times
Normally, your PakketPanda order will be delivered within 1–2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on how busy our shipping partner is.
Tracking Information
All orders are shipped where you will receive a track & trace code. This allows you to track your package and see when it will be delivered. The expected delivery date is also displayed in the track & trace information.
Shipping Costs
Orders over €35 will receive free home delivery.
Return Process
All orders may be returned within 30 days. The purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days of receipt.
