Orders placed before 8:59 p.m. will be delivered the following day. (Unless otherwise specified). 📦
We then ask you to wait one more day for your order. This may be due to extreme pressure on the parcel services. You can always contact us. We will gladly take a look with you!
You have a 24-month warranty on your new PakketPanda. If your product is delivered defective, we ask that you send photos to info@pakketpanda.nl.
We would like to receive a photo of:
- The damage from on the product
- The shipping label on the box
- Damage from packaging and the like
Together with you, we will look for an appropriate solution.
Should you have ordered a PakketPanda but still want a larger one upon receipt. As an extra service we will refund the shipping label for you. You only pay the difference in price.
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, please contact us at support@pakketpanda.nl. You will receive a substantive response from us within 3 business days of receiving your complaint.
We use Trustpilot as a review platform. After placing an order with PakketPanda, Trustpilot sends our customers an invitation to leave a review. The reviews are then scanned for authenticity by Trustpilot. They check this by seeing if the e-mail address used to place the review matches the e-mail on which the order was placed.

Ordering and Payment
You can pay at PakketPanda using the following payment methods: iDEAL (Maestro), Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay and more. At checkout, you can see which payment method is available to you. Here you can also use a discount code or gift certificate.
We ship our packages with DPD and currently deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. For orders over €35.00, shipping is free.
Track your order
At the time of packing, you will receive an order confirmation and track & trace in the mailbox. This allows you to track your order. If the track & trace indicates that the package has not yet been received, please wait at least another 24 hours. Sometimes the carriers are a bit later with updating. If it has not been updated after 24 hours, please contact us.
